Question 1

Wait, what's Lovable?

Accepted Answer

Lovable is a platform for building real, modern websites and web apps with the help of AI. It produces actual code (React, styling, a real backend) — not a locked template you rent forever. We use it because it lets us ship pro-quality sites in days instead of weeks. You don't need to know it, learn it, or even have an account.

Question 2

Do I need a Lovable account to work with you?

Accepted Answer

No. We can build and host the site on our account and simply share access with you. If you'd rather own the project directly, you create a free Lovable account and we transfer it over — your choice, and you can change your mind later.

Question 3

Do I really own the site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The design and code are built from scratch for you, and you can take full ownership at any time by transferring the project to your own Lovable account. If you'd rather not manage an account at all, we keep hosting it and share access — same site, same code.

Question 4

Can you host the site for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build and host the site on our Lovable account and share access with you, so you don't need to pay for your own Lovable plan (~$25/mo) just to keep it online. It's free for standard sites; heavier setups (high traffic, complex backends) are evaluated per project when you apply.

Question 5

How does the transfer work?

Accepted Answer

When the site is approved, we use Lovable's built-in transfer flow to move the project to your account. You'll get an email from Lovable, click accept, and that's it. Takes about 60 seconds. Prefer we keep hosting it? Skip this entirely.

Question 6

What if I want changes after delivery?

Accepted Answer

Every change consumes Lovable credits, and you choose how to pay for them. You can cover the credits yourself and make the edit with your shared access, or pay us a bit extra and we make the edit for you. Each request is quoted upfront — no subscription, no retainer, pay per edit.

Question 7

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Starter is 3 days, Pro is 5 days, Custom depends on scope. The clock starts after we have your brief and any assets you're providing.

Question 8

What about Lovable's own costs?

Accepted Answer

If the site lives in your own account, Lovable bills you directly for hosting and AI usage — typically a few dollars a month for a small site; we don't take a cut. If we host it for you instead, those costs are on us.

Question 9

Do you write the copy?

Accepted Answer

On Pro and Custom we'll happily draft headlines, section copy, and CTAs based on your brief. You review and tweak. On Starter, you provide the copy or we'll keep it short and minimal.

Question 10

What if I hate the design?

Accepted Answer

Each plan includes revision rounds. If after revisions it's still not landing, we'll refund 50% and part on good terms. It's almost never happened, but the policy exists.

Question 11

Can you do e-commerce, logins, or dashboards?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's what Custom is for. Lovable supports logins, databases, payments, file storage, and third-party integrations. Tell us what you need and we'll scope it.

Question 12

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

After we agree on scope, we send a single invoice (Stripe). You pay 100% upfront for Starter and Pro. Custom is 50% upfront, 50% at delivery.
